Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy governs your purchase and use of the Cleaya VIP Membership. By
subscribing, you agree to these terms.
1. Membership Benefits
As a Cleaya VIP Member, you unlock premium features designed to enhance your cleaning and privacy experience,
including:
- Unlimited Cleaning: No daily limits on photo/video deletion.
- Deep Scanning: Advanced detection for similar photos and large files.
- Private Space Pro: Intruder capture, fake password space, and camouflage icons.
- Ad-Free Experience: Remove all in-app advertisements (if applicable).
2. Subscription Plans
We offer flexible plans to suit your needs. Pricing may vary by region and is displayed at the time of purchase
in the App.
- Weekly Plan: A short-term subscription that renews weekly. May include a 7-day free
trial for new users.
- Lifetime Plan: A one-time purchase that grants permanent access to all VIP features.
3. Payment and Billing
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely by Apple through your iTunes
Account. We do not store your credit card or payment details.
- Verification: Subscription status is verified using anonymous receipts from the App Store.
4. Automatic Renewal (Important)
- Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew for the same
duration and at the then-current price unless you turn off auto-renewal.
- Timing: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior
to the end of the current period.
- Cancellation Check: You must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current
period ends to avoid being charged.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
- How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Go to your iPhone Settings.
- Tap your Apple ID (Name) at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Cleaya and tap Cancel Subscription.
- Effect of Cancellation: If you cancel, you will continue to have access to VIP features
until the end of your current billing period.
- Refunds: All refund requests are handled directly by Apple. Please contact Apple Support for assistance.
6. Detailed Terms regarding Free Trials
If you sign up for a free trial:
- You will not be charged during the trial period.
- The subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial
unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
7. Changes to Pricing
We define pricing based on our service costs and value. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at
any time. Any price changes will take effect following an email notice to you or a notification within the App,
in accordance with App Store rules.
