Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and TSingzhou Technology Co., Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your access to and use of the Cleaya mobile application (the "App").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you verify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You strictly agree NOT to:

• Reverse Engineer: Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Scrape: Use any robot, spider, crawler, or other automatic device to retrieve or index any portion of the App or its content.
• Impersonate: Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Harm: Introduce viruses, trojan horses, worms, or other malicious code.
• Circumvent: Attempt to bypass any security measures of the App, including the "Private Space" encryption or access controls.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all software, design, text, and graphics) remain the exclusive property of TSingzhou Technology Co., Ltd. and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the People's Republic of China and foreign countries.

5. Subscription and Payment

Certain features (e.g., unlimited cleaning, intruder capture) require a VIP subscription.

• Payment: Charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless disabled in Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

6.1 "AS IS" Basis

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

6.2 Data Loss

• Cleaning Risks: We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from the use of our cleaning tools. You acknowledge that deletion is permanent.
• Private Space: Data in the Private Space is stored in the local sandbox. If you uninstall the App, this data is permanently deleted by the iOS system. We cannot recover this data.

6.3 Limitation

In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

7. Updates to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We may also update the App without prior notice to remove or add features. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China (Mainland China).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent court in the place where TSingzhou Technology Co., Ltd. is located (Mainland China) for litigation.
